Questions before you write

Yes. Every message gets a reply from a person, usually within a few hours on business days. FileXL is small enough that this is still possible, and that is deliberate.

Often. Several existing features started as one person mentioning something was missing. Requests that come up repeatedly move to the top. Nothing is promised, but nothing disappears into a void either.

The form asks for an email so we can reply and ask follow-up questions, which is usually where the value is. If you would rather not, write "no reply needed" in the message and we will read it and leave you alone.

No. Feedback is not published, shared or used in marketing without asking you first. Your email is used to reply and nothing else — see the Privacy Policy.
