Our app features a unique Time Saved calculator. Every time a file is synced automatically, it factors in the time you would have spent opening a browser, logging in, selecting the file, and waiting for the transfer based on actual bandwidth overhead. Watch your saved hours rack up daily.

Common Questions

You can select any standard user folder on your local drive (e.g., D:\Work). We recommend avoiding root system drives (like C:\) as Windows locks essential system files which cannot be read or synced.

No. The Auto-Sync engine uses a highly optimized 'Chokidar' watcher that consumes minimal RAM and CPU. It runs quietly in your System Tray and only activates when a file is added, modified, or deleted.

FileXL Auto-Sync handles interruptions gracefully. If the network drops, the app will log the network error and temporarily hold the file in its processing queue. It will automatically retry the synchronization once the connection is restored.

The desktop app is available for all users. However, Free users are restricted to standard limits (e.g., 20GB storage, 14-day retention). Upgrading to Premium unlocks features like 2TB storage, Custom Expiry, and Lifetime retention directly within the app.
